Shifting Timetables: Now It’s Early 2010
Wasn’t there supposed to be “climate legislation” finished up by the end of this year? No, no, that must have been the usual Washington scuttlebutt. Now Democrats are eyeing early next year, which to us would seem problematic for politicians seeking re-election while passing the largest tax increase in the history of the world.
