Cap and Trade “on the Shelf”?

That’s the headline over at the Wall Street Journal. We’re not so sure. It seems like an ideal bill to rush through Washington, D.C. when no one’s looking.

    I’d like to see CONGRESS SHELVED, but not to worry. They will find some way to give us another gift. TAXES: THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING.
