   Anonymous may have a point. Not all the cost is an increase in taxes. It is also a method of funneling money to Al Gore and his ilk using carbon “credits”. I see a bigger shinier executive jet in Al’s future.

   Please make public all of the names of the “Turn-coat” want-a-be Republicans who sold-out their constituants and showed their true colors. We true Conservatives and Republicans need to know these names so we can form the necessary activist groups to insure that this vote is the “End Vote” of their political careers. If these few had found the courage to do the will of their “folks back home” this monster of a bill would have failed. I offer my thanks to the members of the Democrat party who found the courage to vote against this poison pill. They give me hope that the party of my parents is not completely “dead and buried”. I pray that the Two-party system continues to exist and that the “old-line Blue-dog” Democrat party makes a comeback, and once again, leads their party back to the mainstream of American politics.

   This just goes to show you that idiots follow blindly, not knowing what they are voting on. It is a well known fact that humans exhale co2 and trees take in co2 to live and to be able to give off oxygen WHICH HUMANS MUST HAVE TO LIVE. guess what (no co2, all trees die, no oxygen and all humans die.) If we do not want to buy foriegn oil, way not drill here and refine here. It will give jobs to Americans and the oil will give Americans money for all of this. We can drill and refine oil within reasonble EPA GUIDELINES.

    Thomas Jefferson understood that the biggest threat to a democratic republic is the occasion when the common man realizes he can vote himself unearned benefits. We are now there. We now have the stupidest, most arrogant congress and senate I have ever witnessed, and they are all there because they pander to the citizens who want unearned benefits given to them. Jefferson understood when that happened, there would be another “American Revolution” where the real patriots wrestle the control of the government from the hands of the criminals we have there now and return this country to the original Constitutional document sans all the unnecessary additions which do nothing but make special classes of people and protect criminals from justice. Washington DC is a hopeless swamp of despicable, conniving crooks who steal your money and waste it on stupid, unreasonable, unprofitable programs which put money in their pockets and ransom votes from those who won’t accept responsibility for their own lives. It is time for Paul Revere to ride again!

    Read “Liberty and Tyranny”by Mark Levin (Costco has it for $14.00) and is on the New York Times Best Seller list for since it popped off the press a couple of months ago. We are living in the times of the Counter Revolution -meaning in 1776 we had a Revolution against the British Empire and now we have the far left and it’s cronies in Hollywood and Government taking taking America down the Dismal path to Socialism-henceforth they are the counter revolution. The War is real between them and us ( mostly average middle American hard working taxpayers) it’s peaceful for the time being but the buttons that they are pushing, Nationalized Healthcare, Crap and Traitors, etc are putting the fuel into the firepit….

    We should do everything in our power to unseat these people when theit term ends. It’s time to start letting people know that those we choose to represent us SHOULD REPRESENT US not consider themselves more intelegent than their constituents. I know I shall do whatever I can to do just that, and I encourage other to do so also. What we realy need is more frequent prtest meeting and mailing to those who are supossedly representing us.

    The cap and tax bill has nothing to do with global warming and everything to do with making Gore, Pelosi, Markey, GE and all of Obama’s buddies filthy rich! It’s a reward for helping elect Obama. Those that are heavily invested in alternative energy companies and get rich should be brought up on corruption charges.

    This country has reached the point of no return. The path that it’s headed down is the most unimaginable. We’re already worse off than the great depression years only now we have credit cards to keep or massive debe floating. When it bursts, and yes, it’s going too rupture like a stroke patient very soon.

    There will be massive riots in major cities, gang wars, race wars, no food in the grocery stores, starvation, looting, murdering, raping, sickness and disease will spread like wild fire killing 1/3 of the population. Then the nuclear weapons will hit major cities, coast to coast, wiping out another 1/3 of the population. And the 1/3 that’s left, well don’t worry about them, they’ll die from radiation poisioning or be taken away as a slave to Europe.

    Watch the elections this fall in Europe. The strong leader the book of Daniel talks about is in the wings, waiting for his time on the world stage. He won’t pussy foot around with Amadinijadh like the US is. Obama gave him till the end of the year to comply with the security councils resolutions. Resolutions that aren’t worth a bucket of spit cause that’s all they are. All he’s doing is giving him till the end of the year to finish making his nuclear weapons. Then whats he gonna do, negociate some more? Oh, please don’t fire it at us. He’s already hung Israel out to dry with regards to the situation. But by then the US will be too weak from econominc colapse to do anything.

    However, the king of the north wipes out the king of of the south (yes, the Muslim countries of IRAN EGYPT and SYRIA) like a whirlwind. Yes, those Muslim countries will go to war with Europe and Europe will kill em all, virtually wipe them out.

    How do I know this? The bible tells me so. Man’s time on earth trying to rule himself is almost up. A higher power is coming to stop the eastern armies from killing every man woman and child on the planet by nuclear warfare.

    But why will this happen you ask? Easy answer. This country has turned it’s back on God. Our sick government has legislated laws and removed His name from our money, our schools, our court rooms and our marriage vows. And given marriage vows to homo’s and lesbians. He wiped Sodom and Gomorah from the face of the earth for the same thing. You think God’s not going to do something about it too this country?

    Times ticking. Get your families organized and your affairs in order because the time is almost here when God chimes in and as it is written in Hebrews 10:31.

    It’s a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

    Worldwide, every major scientific agency or institution that studies climate, oceans or the atmosphere agrees that the global climate is warming rapidly and the primary cause is greenhouse gas emissions related to human activity. Even a short list would include such notable organizations as:

    The Royal Society of the UK (RS)

    The idea that global warming is a hoax picked up some support in the political realm in July 2003, when U.S. Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla), former chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, concluded a long speech on the Senate floor with these words: “With all of the hysteria, all of the fear, all of the phony science, could it be that man-made global warming is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people? It sure sounds like it.”

    Even in 2003, Inhofe’s claims couldn’t stand up to much scrutiny. Today, the senator would find it even harder to rally political support for the notion that global warming is a hoax.

    When the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change released its report on The Physical Basis of Climate Change in February 2007, 113 nations immediately endorsed its conclusion that human activity is responsible for the acceleration of global warming since the beginning of the Industrial Age.

    In January 2007, the U.S. House of Representatives created a new Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming, and Republicans and Democrats in both the House and the Senate have introduced legislation to curb greenhouse gas emissions significantly over the next few decades.

    It’s not only the majority of scientists and politicians who accept the reality of human-caused global warming. Leading businesses across all industries also acknowledge the problem of global warming.

    The U.S. Climate Action Partnership, an unprecedented alliance between corporate executives and environmental groups that launched in January 2007 has proposed a federal cap-and-trade program that would cut greenhouse-gas emissions 60 percent to 80 percent by mid-century.

    Even more telling, perhaps, are the positions taken by some oil companies.

    BP, the largest oil company in the UK and one of the largest in the world, has this to say about global warming:

    “There is an increasing consensus that climate change is linked to the consumption of carbon based fuels and that action is required now to avoid further increases in carbon emissions as the global demand for energy increases.”

    And Shell Oil says:

    “Shell shares the widespread concern that the emission of greenhouse gases from human activities is leading to changes in the global climate.”

    To make the case that global warming is a hoax, someone would have to believe that environmentalists and political liberals control businesses and industries worldwide as well as the legislative bodies and scientific institutions of every developed nation in the world. That would be a hard case to make.
