Scared to Death authors Christopher Booker and Richard North were in Washington recently and we were fortunate enough to catch up with them to talk to them about how the issue of climate change fits into a lengthy pattern of international “scares” with long reverberating repercussions.  The conversation was so enlightening that we’ve chosen to present it to you in three parts.
